Evaporator fan
It is one of the main reasons behind this problem. If the evaporator fan stops working then the cold air will not circulate in all parts of the fridge. If the cold air will not reach the food items then they will not cool and remain fresh.
Check out that either the evaporator fan can be repaired or not. If it is out of order then you will have to replace it for proper cooling of the unit. Remember one thing that, match the new evaporator fan to the model number of the fridge.
Damper check assembly
It also happens when the damper control assembly is broken or thrust closed. It is an automatic or manual door that allows cold air into the different sections of the refrigerator.
If it is closed then cold air will not pass through into the fridge. The damper door must be opened to let the cold air come in. If somehow it is broken then replace it with a proper expert.
Temperature control board
It is the main part of the fridge which observes the temperature sensor, jump-staring the fans and compressor, and controls the melt cycle. If there is a problem with the control board and it is not reading well the temperature then the refrigerator will not produce cooling accurately.

Evaporator coils

They are overfilled with frost and due to those cold air will not pass through between them due to less space.

Thermistor
If the thermistor of the unit becomes faulty then it will not make cooling. It is that device that examines the air temperature inside the refrigerators. You will have to replace the thermistor if it becomes defective.

Defrost timer
